The Suspect began shouting threats and poked R/O in the chest with his pointer finger. Four additional officers arrived on scene to assist R/O in detaining the Suspect as he shoved, kicked, and actively resisted arrest. Four officers were assaulted during the incident, with one requiring medical treatment. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported by DC Fire to the hospital.
