R/O observed a vehicle traveling along Garfield Circle with no lights on. A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 block of Maryland Avenue, SW. Upon approach, R/O observed multiple beer bottles on the floor of the vehicle's rear passenger compartment. A WALES/NCIC check revealed a suspended permit out of Virginia, with no status in the District of Columbia or Maryland. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
