R/O observed a vehicle traveling at an excessive rate of speed eastbound in the unit block of M Street, SW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the tags returned to a different vehicle and the VIN was not on file. A name check of the driver revealed no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
