Findings include: a) On 11/12/13 at 2:15 p.m., during an observation of the facility, it was discovered there was no written information posted in the facility to inform a resident about how to apply for and use Medicare and Medicaid benefits. This posting is required to fulfill the facility's obligation to adequately inform residents of these benefits. An interview was conducted, on 11/12/13 at 2:45 p.m., with the Nursing Home Administrator.
