Findings include: Resident #35's record identified the following physician's orders [REDACTED]. * 04/05/18: [MEDICATION NAME] 50 milligrams (mg) by mouth three times a day for uncontrolled pain * 04/13/18: [MEDICATION NAME]-[MEDICATION NAME] 5-325 mg one tablet by mouth four times a day for pain Review of the resident's Medication Administration Record [REDACTED]. This schedule resulted in the resident receiving two opiate medications at 8:00 a.m. and at 8:00 p.m. each day.
