Observation on 05/09/17 at 10:20 a.m., showed two certified nursing assistants (CNAs) (#2 and #3) toileting Resident #4 in the resident's bathroom. The CNA's failed to close the bathroom door or pull the privacy curtain allowing Resident #4's roommate to observe the cares provided. During an interview on 05/10/17 at 10:10 a.m., an administrative nurse (#1) stated she would expect staff to pull the roommate's privacy curtain when performing personal cares for Resident #4 in her bathroom. | 2020-09-01 |
