This effected all residents receiving oral alimentation (59) Findings include: Observation of the kitchen on 7/8/13 at 11:45 a.m. revealed four (4) plastic bags of unknown yellow/orange food substance inside the walk in cooler. The four bags (4) bags had no label to identify the contents, date received and/or use by date. One bag in the refrigerator was opened and was not labeled identifying the date opened. Interview with the dietary supervisor on 7/8/13 at 11:55 a.m. revealed that the bag did not have an open date and/or the date the bag was received. Continued interview revealed that all food products should contain date received and/or open and use by date. | 2015-06-01 |
