This posting is required to fulfill the facility's obligation to adequately inform residents of their benefits. In an interview on 11/03/15 at 3:15 p.m., the Assistant Nursing Home Administrator agreed the facility had not prominently posted the information regarding how residents could apply for and use Medicare benefits. | 2019-07-01 |
