Findings include: On 9/1/10 at 11:15 a.m., 11 bottles of [MEDICATION NAME] enteral nutrition were observed being stored in a cabinet in the floor pantry. They had an expiration date of 7/1/2010. During an interview on 9/1/10 at 11:45 a.m., the Director of Nursing stated that were not any residents receiving [MEDICATION NAME] at that time.
